The Senate has confirmed the nomination of  18 nominees presented to the upper legislative chambers by President Muhammadu Buhari as ministers.

The confirmation came shortly after the nominees were taken through a stringent question and answer session in which they told the Senate how they think they can assist the government in ensuring that Nigerians enjoy the dividend of democracy.
